I need a T-shirt Designer -- 2

I'm trying to combine 67 images of our dogs into a single piece of artwork for t-shirt. I included a rough idea of what I'm looking for. I'd like the flag in the background, @rudy_and_sage above the image in some cool font (not what I have here). I like the more watercolory looking one, but the draft I made made it look like 5 of the dogs are the exact same color, I'd prefer to show their actual colors. And it needs to go on a t-shit so whatever type of background is needed to make it look ok on any color t-shirt.
