I need a serious graphic designer

I am looking for a graphic designer who is willing to be outside the box, original graphic t shirt designs. With progress I hope to advance my work into poster designs and further accessories. If I find this designer I will be able to offer a more long term job as I will stick with original designers if they enjoy the work as much as me. price must be fair as I am starting from the bottom, however I expect this to sky rocket due to high in demand of my products in particular good following by social media and in person. I will also require excellent communication skills between myself and designer as I will look for a fast and a good reputation for my business.
