I need a reusable template

Hi,
We are a 3x3 basketball team in Sydney Australia and we provide junior basketball competitions weekly. Our brand colours are black, white and blue and we need a template that we can easily put different kids, or people removing their backgrounds and reused in different colours. I have an example of the template that we expect to receive and we need the exact same template or even better if you can provide us with a better idea.
I have attached some photos of the expectations, and if possible to be added to a canva could be even better because we have junior social media assistant that uses the template again on canva.
