I need redesign the image

This is famous meme image from the internet, i have no right for it and that is why I need to redraw it also I need some changes. I want to give a cup of coffee to the cat. And also cat shoud have twisted vibrissa whiskers like image 2 (to show stress ) ). Also image should be in googd quality (2k lowes age min), self drawed, better with transparent background.
