I need a publisher template made for a newsletter.

We are an endodontic dental group that would like to have a template in publisher for a monthly newsletter. We are looking a front/back (8 1/2 x 11) as option 1 and option 2 being a 4 page (11x17). We would like to have our logo with the color scheme of the template being of our logo.
