I need a print artist

Im looking for skmeone to do custom print art on a switch case that i will buy, am looking for a quote for custom art of my girlfriend as a cartoon on the case, holding a switch, with flowers dotted around the case, and another bit of my girlfriend as a cartoon playing with her two dogs as well as my dog. I would also like her name to be somewhere on the piece. Im open to a lot of customisation to help with your work, so let me know if you have ideas.
