I need a packaging designer / creator

I have a product that is kind of unique in regards to the way it’s sold and need a packing design that will stand out an attention grabber and has the ability to reflect what I’m selling with the design of the packaging . I have a sample picture of the product but am not looking to use the picture as a design. The pictures of the bags are the size I will be using along with the bags being black
