I need a newspaper ad designed

Same ad, but for two different publications. Will upload a previous design for ideas, but does not need to be identical. This ad would be Christmas themed, and used as an intro to a new neighbourhood that we are looking to work in. We will be using stock photos for the neighbourhood and doing a quick little write up about Christmas/the neighbourhood, as well as our headshots and contact info. This would be a full page ad, that we can provide requirements for from the publications as well.
