I need a merch designer for t-shirts

Our organization recently went through a re brand and we are going to scrap all previous designs and start fresh. Ideally I would like to hire someone out to start with one graphic, and if our team believes you would be a good fit, we will hire you out to create all designs for our our merch and the rest going forward. I included a branding guide below. This guide consist of mainly thumbnails but i hope this helps you understand the look we are going for.
