I need a magazine template designer

We are looking to, produce a monthly magazine for dog owners and I am looking for someone to provide a layout. Magazine will be between 56 and 72 pages and is a monthly. Wow in tally would like a 12 page mock up. We would provide stories and photos for the layout . The layout needs to incorporate blocks for advertising that can be dropped into the magazine as advertising is secured. Ad sizes are 1/4 page , 1/3 page , half page and full page. Magazine will be high gloss colour in A4 size. Magazine needs to have specialised 'headers' for feature stories and logo needs to be designed for front cover
