I need a logo redone in vector AI form to be used on T-shirts

I am looking for a skilled designer who can recreate my logo in vector AI format for use on T-shirts. The logo is currently in AI format. You can Google. "classic eagles logo svg" for the attached files
Specifically, I need the following changes to be made to the logo:
- Color changes to ensure visibility on dark shirts with white ink
- If should look like what is on the green Shirt
- Minor design tweaks to improve the overall look and feel
