I need a logo designer

I have an existing band logo that has terrible resolution, and I would like it to be redone in high resolution. I would also like it in different sizes, such as one sized for a Facebook event, one for a webpage banner, one that can be resized as needed, etc. It's a waving flag of the state of Maryland with our band name over it.
