I need an infographic designer

Hi, At this stage I am after a price range to put in a funding application for an info graphic. We are looking to design a page, possibly A3 size, in order to provide information for the public on a particular type of real estate risk. We will come up with a design concept but need someone to turn it into interesting, cartoon/ text / graphic type format. Please see the attached example of the kind of thing I am thinking about. Any indications of price, possibly a price range, would be really appreciated. Thank you.
