i need an image changed the some set formats denoted below. i think its about a 5-10 min job

i think this is a really basic job, we justneed the image below rejigged to the following specifications:
-Artwork specifications for one panel - 992mm wide x 1294mm high
-Print ready high resolution PDF file
-Bleed on all edges (ie: 10mm bleed when artwork is set at 100% of actual size, 5mm if artwork is at 50%)
-Trim marks on file
-All logos or text to be in vector format
-All fonts converted to outlines or curves
-All images should be CMYK
