I need an illustrator and graphics designer for a custom card game

I want to do a custom version of a card game called Love Letter. It will be given as a gift to my fiance’ on her birthday. As such, I would like to replace the existing characters with her family. I would like the illustration to be based on the picture i will attach. One picture will be of the original cards and the others a sample of how i would like the characters to look like.
