I need an illlustrator -- 2

We are looking for someone to draw a specific design for a memorial tshirt. We want it to be a playing card, the queen of hearts. With the top image looking kind of innocent and angelic and the mirror bottom image looking more like a siren. and we want fire in the eyes of both of the women. It's a visual representation of her and her favorite song. We are not sure how specific we are supposed to get on this part. We have pictures of her if that is helpful. She had long blond hair. She was a cowgirl. So those elements would be cool to work in.
