I need help to setup a online clothing brand (inclusive designs)

Hello There,

I want to start a Print on Demand project.
Personal Main Reason: I want to address the problems in our country and globally.
Weird things are happening which are not logical.
This is just a way to express myself.

I live in the country of Belgium. A super small country next to France/The Netherlands/Germany.
We have a lot of corrupt politicians and a lot of coverups.
We have one of the biggest tax brackets of the world.
While politicians are lying and fulfilling themselfs financially at our expense, living becomes harder and harder.
We cannot admit that the war/woke/climate history is changing our lives drastically and at a super fast pace.

I'm fed up with this shit.

With my brand, i want to make shirts (to start with) with homemade cartoony designs.
I need someone that has knowledge about print on demand/designing/marketing, online marketing laws (i want to make fun of politicians/global situations on a legal way).

The style can be cartoony/realistic/whatever.

I tried to make a design myself, but i failed.
I combined the colors of the politicians ruling my country. They failed so badly and are a bunch of hypocrites. They promise a lot but do not deliver anything. So i have a wolf in sheeps clothes. The wolf is colored in our governments colors.
