I need help with coding

I would like a website that works like the homedepot.com site primarily the page that lets you save credit cards on their site easy use when purchasing. I need it to do exactly what theirs does by verifying that you are saving a legitimate card not just random numbers. They do a $0 authorization allowing the site to verify the card being saved without cargin or flagging the card.

I need a script or program that can run on another website that will fill and submit a form and upon response change and variable and repeat or end scrip (accepted response)
