I need a great looking checklist to use as a lead magnet
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
The checklist will be 2 or 3 pages, pdf format, clickable check boxes, able to save and print. When saved the pdf will open with checkboxes checked or unchecked as saved.
The attached sample does not represent how the finished design must look regarding layout, color, or font. I do like the font used in the sample, but feel free to find something better suited to your design. I consider the sample to look okay, however want a much better look.
Provide me with the pdf and original design files. I prefer the original design files to be created in an Adobe application, however I may consider allowing other design platforms.
