I need a graphic t-shirt designer

I need a graphic t-shirt designer to draw/design shirt images base off my general concept from a word/short phrase/image. There will be imagery around the wording base on artist own contributing vision/idea. Attached is a very simplistic example of a shirt fold up that shows the hidden word. My concept will include imagery so that when folded up will see the hidden word and image. An example would be the word "Shroom" and an image of a mushroom. Start that as the initial base design then stretch that image out and fill in the rest with your own concept.
