I need a graphic designer / person who can replicate a logo

Hi, I have a PDF copy of my old business card and the person who created it is no longer in business and I would like the business card and logo replicated as closely as possible and provided in a EPS and PNG file (with a white back and also with a clear/no background). A copy of my old business card is attached.
