I need a graphic designer for logo revision/design.

Im looking for a particular design that looks as close to this reference I uploaded to you as possible. If we could tweak it a little so that I can make t shirts with it and throw it on some business cards that would be awesome. The name of my business is Boise Bigfoot. I have this picture that was a design I found online. It represents exactly what I'm after as a logo. If we could keep everything looking pretty close to the picture and the caption on the bottom the same, "Keep it Squatchy" as in the picture and making it mine that's perfect. I would like to add my business name somewhere prominent on the design. Maybe over the top arching over the Bigfoot picture that says, "Boise Bigfoot". Unless it would look better somewhere else.
