I need a graphic designer for custom t-shirts

My girlfriend's birthday is coming up and I wanted to surprise her with some custom t-shirts but I have no artistic skill and need help with the design. We both play a lot of games and we love league of legends and changed our in game names to be matching, her name is Brownie Bandit and mine is Beignet Bandit. Her favourite character is Lulu (image attached) and her favourite colour is purple so I figure maybe for her shirt her design could be Lulu stealing a brownie. As for me my favourite character is Thresh(image attached) and my favourite colour is blue. Thresh has a hook ability so maybe my shirt has thresh hooking a beignet.
