I need a graphic designer to design tshirts

I am starting an online shop and some of the items I plan on selling are tshirts, hoodies, and hats. My online shop will be geared toward mothers and the shirts will be mostly mommy and me shirts. My online store will be called Mother and Blooms, so I want to make shirts that play off of that, blooms being the children. I also would like a logo designed as well.
