I need a graphic designer to create a portfolio/personal identity

Hello!
My partner, Madeleine, is applying for a manager position at a leading cosmetic company in Australia. As part of her application, I want to create a custom resume / portfolio to grab the recruiters/company's attention, so she lands this exciting new role!
This being so, we need expert assistance to design an editorial aesthetic three page PDF document which will include my resume, cover letter, and a portfolio of work, presented as a logo page, which will be linked to the live content.
I've used Canva to quickly throw together a rough idea of what I'm thinking, please find attached.
I have packaged and supplied all of the assets and relevant links to content, including her previous home made resume for reference.
The design throughout this deck needs to look premium, elegant, beautiful and eye-catching.
Page No.1
Will include a cover letter and a quirky cosmetic roundup of her favourite products that the company stocks, with a handwritten short summary of why she likes these products (this copy is currently being worked on); as a nod to their curation of brands and the company.
Page No.2
Will feature my resume in an elegant and easy to read format, while keeping in the same tone of voice as the rest of the document, using the same fonts throughout.
Page No. 3
Will include a B&W spread of logos, which will have a prompt to click on to review the videos/work/content/campaigns.

As part of this job, I'd like to have the InDesign file sent to me, so I can make career updates for a long time to come.
The project includes three rounds of approvals/feedback; delivering date is 9am EST, Thursday 17th February 22'.
