I need a graphic designer/artist for a TCG project

I am currently working on a Trading Card game. I am not satisfied with the current look of the card frame layouts. I would like to get a graphic designer to help perfect the card layout and improve some of the elements. Particularly, I would like to see better text boxes, borders, and a better icon layout. I want someone who can think outside the box and brainstorm ideas, not just blindly take orders. I want someone who can provide professional, creative input and expertise.
