I need a graphic designer

I am looking for a graphic designer who specializes in logo design. I have a clear idea in mind for the design and I prefer a neutral and minimalistic color scheme. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating clean and simple logo designs. I have already the image. So, I want a better quality for the same image (poster) and I would like to extend the dress below so it can fit the poster.
