I need a graphic designer

I'm looking for a design which can attract the college student to stay in our hostel. Just wanna clarified that we're not only a company which having a strong background only and but also young and flexible. I need to show a young, freedom in the banner which also catchy thing can attract student eyesight. We're could be more comfortable and even provide more services and open minded than the school hostel even we have the same rate of the rental fees. I need something new and attract student, to let them know stay outside is better than staying inside the college. You have to wroth your money from what you get. College student have different imagination of their school life, especially living independently is one of a sign to show them was growing up as an adult.
