I need a graphic designer

I need a graphic designer to create spec ads for me to create a copywriting portfolio. The projects should be fairly easy to do and I am not trying to spend a lot of money on each ad. I have uploaded one of the copy docs below as an example. I will just need the copy put on the design and for the design to match the theme of the company or topic. Ads will include flyers, web landing page, banner ads, etc.
