I need a graphic designer

I am looking for someone able to create templates in illustrator that I can change, add to and create from the original files. The designs are very easy and very basic and we will work together so I can get what I am looking for without spending the time to do the entire work. I need more of a layout and text lines template leaving room to add pictures on each page, that I will turn into a printed book. I am looking to do between 70 and 100 pages on which some are almost blank with a few lines and squares. We can discuss more about it if you feel like this is something you can do. I want the copyright and the original file from illustrator to use for commercial use, if/when needs be
