I need a graphic designer

I am starting up a business making my own custom designs for t-shirts and I am needing someone to design a really awesome logo for my business. I want my business name Mellow Magic in big bold letters with naruto anime eyes or any kind of anime eyes within the letters. and maybe something really cool surrounding the letters on the outsides.
