I need graphic design for Scrolling Banner on Home Page
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I am looking for a graphic designer to create a scrolling banner for the home page of my website. The banner should be half the width of the page and should include 4-6 images or elements. I am open to different styles, so please specify your preferred style when submitting your proposal.
