I need a freelance artist to do a one time project

I am hoping someone can draw a cartoonish type scene that i am imaging in my head. This scene will be put on a handful of t shirts as gifts.
Im thinking, kind of a red neckish bait shop that includes 4 people, with a river in front of it and a few tall spruces around it, with possibly a few snow capped mountains in the background
