I need a flyer designer for a medspa.

I need to put together a flyer for my med spa to show all that we do (including the prices) that looks very professional. I would like a flyer that is a tri-fold, 8 1/2" by 11" so it can fit in standard flyer holders. I would like the flyer to show our company logo, our mission statement, our contact info, and finally, a list of our services (not like a "laundry list", rather in different sections by service) including a brief description of each service and their prices. *I know that there are certain rules that apply to business flyers (using a common font and theme) but I am far from an expert, so I would like an experienced professional to help with this project. I have attached some materials that would be included, just so I can get a quote; including a zip file that has vector images of our logo (we will be dropping "MEDSPA" from our company name so it will just read "ELITE IMAGE".
