WIT was established in 2014 and originally managed construction of new luxury single house properties in the Great Vancouver area, from West Vancouver, to Richmond, Burnaby and South Surrey, White Rock. WIT is good at serving the clients for their custom made homes, from the architectural design all the way to having the building finished ready to move in.
When Covid 19 happened, the company decided to switch to serving the Vancouver island area & not only for the service of costuming made luxury houses but as well for property management service. We are serving loyal customers for their property construction, renovation, maintenance and repair.
WIT is short for We buIld trusT. Our goal is to have the clients trust our professionalism and serving attitude on building a peaceful atmosphere among the community.
