I need a flyer designed

I need a flyer made for a volunteer opportunity with my local animal shelter. We need a writer to do a "dog of the week" ad once a week on our featured dog. I am attaching an ad i made as an example of what information will need to be on it. I have tons of dog pictures that can be used including the two on the flyer. I specifically want some of the current dogs in the shelter to be on the ad.
