I need a designer for a custom print for a Christmas gift

The project is a print for a gift for my dad. I am looking for somebody to design something like the attachment, but it doesn't have to be letter press, as I know that is time intensive. I have a list of 9 ski mountains he enjoys visiting and want a simple outline of each mountain with the name printed below. At the top I want it to say "The Mountains are Calling and I Must Go."
