I need a designer for my company flyer

My agency is a home health agency where we take care of dying seniors and US Veterans. I am creating a marketing folder which I need a template I can use to add company information such as about us, services, etc. website is www.amvetshospice.com. I have created a one off marketing brochure attached to give you an idea. But I still need a flyer where the american flag is a banner across the top or a flyer with the veteran saluting the flag as a watermark so light I can still add text to the body of the flyer to showcase my business. I am open to other ideas of how to showcase that we care for seniors and veterans. I've also attached the marketing folder for color ideas.
