I need a 3d designer

I am creating a kit for a company in which i need a packaging designed en 3D with possibility of changing the text on the package. The masterfile needs to be open for our markets to change the text because we are distributing it throughout 124 markets. So preferably the file would be a 3D drawing of a box in dimensions - 40cm length X 30cm Depth X 12cm Height. I need the design in side to include a place for a leaflet, and a holding place for 2 packs of merchandise that´s in the dimensions of 7,7cms X 7,2cm X 0.9cm
and 9cms X 8.5cms X 1,7cms.
