I need a designer

I am looking to create my own clothing brand and am looking for someone who would be able to make the first design for the t-shirts. It would be a case of me passing over some ideas I have regarding what I want the design to roughly look like, and then from there the designer having creative control to create something that best fits my description whilst also staying true to their own creative ideas.
