need design for future look of a town

My small village has started to embark on a few development projects. I will like to combine some of the new projects: streets, schools, town square, police station, clinic, street lights ... in a futuristic view all in one image. I want it to be as real as possible, incorporating the actual projects they are working on. The picture just has to be enhanced to make it exciting. I have pictures of the projects i will like to include or recreate. You will have to include the streets, lights, bridge to make it beautiful. i will discuss further once you are awarded the project. Not such a big deal, once you get the big picture. You may enhance as deem fit. I'm flexible
