I need to create sprites of bicycle runners in 2d for my game

I've developed a game and now I want to enhance the graphics with new bicycle runners. The vision is like you are looking for them from the sky. I have them in 7 different colors (teams), and I have sprites of them moving their heads to the side, waiving hands, fallen and celebrating. I have also different faces to pick.
I'm attaching a screenshot that shows the runners on their bikes. If we start the project, I can send all sprites that I have.
