I need a coffee brand packaging designer

Hi, I’m looking to establish a coffee brand ‘Encourage Coffee’. I have had our brand guidelines agreed. The next step is to establish the look for our coffee products to sell. I am keen on selling whole bean coffee in 250g bags/ boxes to begin with. I am seeking a minimalist design and one that will stand out in a highly saturated market.
