I need a clothing/ logo designer

About Me: Growing up from immigrant roots and not being able to afford nice clothing to now being able to appreciate the love for fashion and tying people together through clothing. Now 18, fresh out of high school I want to peruse the idea of a clothing brand, of being own something i took part in creating.
About the project: I have attached a file of what images I'm looking to create inspiration from and a quick sketch in photo shop of the logo/ T shirt design. I am looking for someone to bring this image more to life and more detailed.
Compensation: Willing to work with prices and rates
