I need booklet designed

Need a landscape lighting booklet like the one attached. The company name is Ascension Illuminations. Create a custom logo for us please. (Don’t put Since 1988). 2nd page Why Ascension Iluminations (we started in 2019). Please leave all the reviews out. Page 3 how we started Ascension Illuminations was founded in 2019 by Wesley Grant and replace Chucks name with Wesley Grant. Everything else we would like the same. The pictures might be different. I’m attaching pictures to use. The layout is 8 1/2 by 11 landscape. For the back page I will Provide contact details. We have a sample from our coaching program that we can use will send that to. The copy will be the same. It won’t let me upload the photos of that or our work so will send once hired.
