I am looking for a skilled developer to create a custom-built blog website for me.

Platform:
- The website should be built from scratch, rather than using pre-existing platforms such as WordPress or Wix.

Core Functionalities:
- The website should have the ability to make blog postings.
- User commenting functionality should be included, allowing visitors to interact with the blog posts.
- E-commerce integration is not necessary for this project.

Design:
