I need a banner designer -- 2

Im looking for a graphic designer who can edit a selected photo and make a backdrop banner for my sons 2nd birthday.

* Remove the text logo in the middle
* make the characters closer after removing the logo.
* Add a beautiful rainbow at the back
* Add Happy 2nd Bithday * Adrian on second line. Need the fonts in multi colours and look like stickers. Mach the font colors with the photo...
