I need an artist for multiple projects.

I am working on a book cover. I have a detailed keyart sheet I can provide to a willing artist. The overall scene involes a woman in her late 20s standing alone in a billboard Jeans Ad. The billboard is located in front if a not so busy intersection in northern california next to a palm tree. The detail work involved would concern aspects of her body and and the brand logo.
