I need an artist for a military moto art flag and potentially t-shirts

i am looking to get a flag made for my unit of marines. this would be the design i want to use for it. I hope for 3 skeletons dressed up in tactical gear, wearing a tiger head for a helmet and a skull bandana. each should be holding a different weapon. the center holding a M240 bravo, the left a m2 50.cal, and the right a mark19 grenade launcher. they should also be wearing a flak jacket with a thundercat cartoon symbol on the chest where the patch should go. the center skeleton should have a pack on his back with a tow missile strapped in to it. its a big ask for a project like this with so many details. I can provide some pictures later for some ideas of what I am looking for. price is low, but up for negotiation because its my first time.
