We need a Web developer (Full Stack Development)/Typist

We do not have the budget for a full brand redesign at this time, but would love to revisit our logo in the near future. For now, we just need a simple, easy-to-use website that we can start building up with great content.
Also, a typist is needed to retype documents for a presentation for me.
